  Organic Milk contains higher Omega 3 and Anti-Oxidant

  The research on milk conducted in England by Institute of Grassland and Environmental Research (2003) and Aberdeen University (2004) shown that organic milk contains omega-3 71% higher than non organic milk. The ratio of omega-3 and omega-6 of organic milk is also even better than non-organic milk. Cows that breed in organic way and feed with the organic grass shown that their milk contain higher vitamin E (alfa tocoferol) and beta carotene, 50% and 75% respectively. The contents of lutein and zeaxnthine anti-oxida is twice to three times higher.
