    Ubud Organic Market

Every Sunday morning from 9:30 am to 2 pm, a cooperative of around 11 organic producers sell their goods in front of Pizza Bagus restaurant just outside of Ubud, Bali. The storefront space, donated free of charge by Pizza Bagus, has a steady stream of customers from opening until closing time. Besides organic vegetables and fruits, a wide variety of natural products are for sale ranging from baked goods to bath products, essential oils, jams, spices, coffee, and natural laundry detergent. Tourists and expats are the most common customers, making up around 70% of the market’s customers, according to Pak Ketut, who sells Alami natural and organic products at the market.
